I am working to build groups around the world. These groups are asked to try and orientate local people towards engaging in: 1. Identifying community concerns. 2. Ranking concerns democratically / with best e-tools available. 3. Organising collaborative action / peaceful people power to solve the 'main issues' or 'top concerns'.

For this reason, it is v. much in my interest that you would allow custom 'user groups' to accompany these 'local fb groups'.
