So the bit where the text says: (100. | 1 | 1. and hovering over it gets you (average|sum|count)?
hovering over/touching each number could pop up a thing saying what it means - and showing a graphical representation?
showing a graphical representation for rating is already done - not sure how best to display more graphics?
(average|sum|count) is basically average=sum/count
I'd sure like to hear more details on how this could work better =D

Perhaps with a "timeout" like every 3 days, the highest voted change is applied - if enough votes.
